Most measles cases in the US in recent years were CAUSED by the MMR vaccine, it's a live vaccine, or contracted outside the US. Even with many measles cases in California at Disney (in which 85% of those infected were vaccinated by the way), no one died. Death from measles is extremely rare in populations that are not malnourished or immune-compromised. They are a mild childhood illness that can be easily managed and is self-limiting. Contracting true wild strain measles has benefits that vaccines can't offer like offering protection against certain cancers and lifelong immunity. Vaccine immunity wanes and that's why we continue to see mumps outbreaks in vaccinated college students and whooping cough outbreaks in middle schoolers. Fuck off dumbass, you're ignorant.
