Cuz if bullets cost $5000 (each) people would make DAMN SURE they wanted to shoot someone or something before they did, because one bullet would equal $5000!!!!

Umm, you do realize that bullets can quite easily be made at home, right?

Bullets are easy to make, cast lead; the casing and the propellant and the primer which make up the rest of the round are more difficult to make.
