Yeah I'm with you. if people are out and spending money, then tips need to be calculated into that money spending. HOWEVER. If the service I receive is shit, I'm not giving a tip. I've only done it twice in my life, but I have done it. Once to a server who I only saw once (well, the second time when he gave me the bill) and another time when I was served burnt food and when I complained about it was told "look around you, you see all of these people eating their food and not complaining?" I wasn't even going to pay the bill at that place, but my friend freaked out and insisted we pay for the burnt, uneaten food.

Unfortunately, I've also lost my cell phone (a flip phone for FFS, I'm disabled and live on a fixed income) in a NYC taxi (and I gave a tip) and as soon as I got inside of my destination I began calling the phone and on the third try the driver turned it off and I never saw the phone again.

How many Uber drivers have raped their clients to date - it's over 100 now isn't it?

it's not just customers who are assholes.

What exactly was your point with the "how many Uber drivers have raped their clients" question, Christina?
Are you seriously suggesting this I,A is a rapist because they're an Uber driver?
I know you are filled with hate, but that is a new low, even for you.

I made my point. It's not just customers (who don't tip) who are assholes.

I did not suggest the IA is a rapist. I pointed out a fact to support the point I was making.

You have some sort of personal issue with me, always telling me who I am, what I feel, and what all of MY problems are. Seek help. I won't answer any of your comments again, because feeding the trolls just makes them troll more.

Being a troll (yeah we can tell when you joined the commenting community and read all of your nasty little comments) is so fucking basic. Get a life, of your own, please. You are pathetic and all of your comments are the same.

Throwing it out the window would feel pretty good but maybe instead you could have started the meter right when he called and charged him your normal rate for giving his phone a ride to where he was.
