And you clearly have never heard of a Bluetooth, or the utterly insane concept of politely asking someone to keep it down. If they're talking in any form in the library they should be asked to leave. Or you could just spring for some ear plugs and save us all from hearing about your passive aggressive condescension.

IA has this right. People have terrible phone etiquette these days. Libraries, busses, etc.

Keep it short or take it outside.
