Take your own advice and read the Oregon Driver’s manual. Then check out the actual Oregon Bicycle manual. You may find the legal definition of vehicle and the parts about leaving the scene of an accident enlightening. Not less interesting I hope than the info on where bikes go in the absence of a green box, or bike lane. It has colorful diagrams for your ease of understanding. Get a clue. I tried to be nice.
