Yes! Portland is real city now. This is the complaint heard round the world in real cities (as a former resident of NYC, it's a classic). Congratulations!

PS I'm a physically disabled and walk with a walker so I walk SLOW AS MOLASSES. Walking up on my ass, clipping my heels, will NOT enable me to walk any faster. Just sayin'
