How does one tell a fully armed nuker from a non-fully armed nuker when they are whizzing overhead? Honestly curious. I don't live in Portland, so I didn't notice anything.
Perhaps Trump has decided to drop bombs on U.S. states of his choosing. There is no way Republicans will win the mid-terms without taking out millions of voters (lying, voter suppression, purging of voter rolls, refusing to protect from hacking, fear mongering, etc.) Makes sense to me that the unhinged lunatic in the WH would issue an order to bomb within the United States. The only thing I question is why would anyone follow those orders?
Actually it was quite easy to find out what is reported as why:
The Oregon Air National Guardβs 142nd Fighter Wing will
conduct a combat readiness and massive aircraft response exercise September 8-9,
2018.
This exercise will test the wingβs ability to complete its mission while simulating a hostile
environment. This allows the wing to evaluate mission readiness for wartime
assignments. The exercise will include night flying on Saturday, September 9, which will
conclude by 9:30 p.m.
Training exercises over or near urban areas typically do not include the use of fully armed planes, and certainly not planes equipped with nuclear armaments, which I doubt the OANG even has.

That's why I wanted to know how this person knew they were armed (and no I don't for one second believe they WERE armed). Just sayin'
They were obviously winged, and not armed. Things with arms can't fly.
