This has always been my biggest problem with smokers, but note this has always been a problem. Numerous times I've seen someone finishing a cigarette right next to a garbage can, and of course he throws it on the ground instead of the can.

If I don't give a fuck about what I put in my lungs, why would I give a fuck about throwing a butt on the ground?
