I know your type. I've dealt with many of you. You think you're high and mighty, above and better than everyone else. You're a "member," oh, you "belong" to the facility I work at. You're not my boss. The only time you talk to me is if you have something you want me to do related to work, around my work, of which you have no authority over. But you think you do because of your "privilege." And if I talk up, I get reprimanded, or likely fired. You never say hello. You probably don't even know my name after I've been working there for 4 plus years. I know your name. Every time I see you, I see you, then continue going on about my business, which is basically walking the other way. If it was anybody else, I'd say "hey Debbie, how are you?" Or "hey Joe, what are you up to?" But not you. I know this kind of relationship. There is nothing there, and nothing to invest any energy into. You'll always look down on me because of your arrogance. And I only think and say, if that is what makes you feel better, go right ahead.
