Most of the time, not all, but probably 99% of the time. Cops and rent a cops keep the city safe for all people in the community. Yes, there are racist cops but for the most part, in Portland, cops are nice. I wish PDX cops had more authority to kick the shit out of dumbass 20 something meth heads who ignore opportunities. I'm tired of the fucking trash camping in the city and the needle exchange programs. I wish cops could do more about that but as long as Portland "stays weird" I'll continue stepping over human shit on the sidewalks.
