If you had done this 6 months ago I would have had a PTSD rage that would have scared the crap out of my kid. Now it was all I had in me not to chase you down and terrify YOU. Not everything a driver does is about you: sometimes people are lost, confused, late for a medical appointment, and didn't expect you to speed up from several car lengths behind. After riding a bike as transportation for two decades in a big city, I return to find Portland bicyclists and pedestrians babied, entitled and arrogant. Car culture is hideous and should not dominate, but "share the road" goes both ways. The thing that stopped me from running you down was: you have no compassion for me because you have no compassion for yourself. You were not in danger, you were simply a petty jerk.
