I am tired of homeless people who do not use the available public resources to get housed. Get a job pumping gas, cleaning yards whatever. Pay your taxes, your rent and stop stealing grocery carts. Every homeless person pushing a shopping cart is part of an act of crime. Theft! So yes homeless people are criminals just for existing. Put them in the tents at the borders and let the hardworking Latinos in.
