There's so much vitriol, anxiety, and bad shit online. I would like to prescribe for everyone a once-a-week day off digital-free day. Pick a day (Sunday seems like it might work best) where everything you do is analog. No I Anonymous, no texting, no Netflix. Read a book, go for a bike ride, take a walk, play a record. You could read an actual newspaper (made of paper). Just take a break from all the negative crap you're getting hour after hour during the week through all the screens surrounding you. Enjoy the high-resolution world because who knows how much longer it will last?
Unplug once in a while. Enjoy the high-res world.
