Every East Coaster who moves to the PNW: "Everybody's so sensitive! People smile at me! Nobody just tells it like it is! Passive aggressive!" Well, listen up, Tony Soprano: I'm sick of hearing you whine about how you can't be a complete asshole to people. Time for you to learn to deal with your East Coast emotions like a grown up, and not be rude to strangers and mean to your friends like an angry teenager. Quit posturing as if your tough guy bullshit is superior to how we run our lives. We are mellow and peaceable to each other here, because we don't want to be stressed out and pissed off all the time. We work on handling our irritation in a calm way, because we don't want to get into needless petty conflicts. If it bothers you so much, fuck off back East.
