Two words: new job. Get one and quit as soon as you have one. That woman will not change and if you are being bullied it will only escalate. 80% of employees leave their job because of bullying and/or a personality conflict with a boss. If the company is large enough to have an HR department know they do not care about you (they are there to protect the company) so the best course of action is to find a new job and when you have your exit interview tell them exactly why you are leaving.
