So she's a hazard to customers and staff and all you do is post an anonymous rant out in the ether. How about saying something to management?

@4 So the OP can go into great detail about the whole encounter and leave out the part of the story where they went to management to resolve the issue? Not likely. Just more passive ire, complain but don't act.
