I too often drive under the speed LIMIT (I don't have to go that fast, and it is dependent on weather and driving conditions as well) to annoy people like you. It is so lovely this time of year, just slow down a little and make life a little easier for everyone. And if you are one of the many asshats on Williams who get up to my bumper when I'm actually doing the LIMIT i'll slow down just for you. Wherever you are going isn't worth your life or other's, it just isn't come to terms with it. Also put your god damn phone down, like always, you know three people you don't have to give them a running commentary on your said life (looking at you guy on 44 bus the other day who shared his mother's entire medical history)
