That sucks. Not just that you lost all your cards too, but that these trolls are dumping all over you like drunken divorced dads. I thought your description of karma was quite apt, if not overly technical. What I don't get is, how on Earth is this person supposed to contact you? I expect you'll get the best results with gps tracking, assuming the phone is still in use. If you lock down an address the cops will escort you to pick it up.
