It might have only been minutes after finding out the place I've dedicated the last 15 years of my life to has been sold to overseas investors but I totally get how my worries about insurance and hours and stores closing really need to be put aside to make sure that your needs of having a great place to shop are being heard and consoled. I'm so sorry I refused to engage you. I totally get why you called and complained about me bringing my total of customer complaints up to 4 after 30 years in retail. This includes both the man that complained my lips were chapped and the man who threw a shopping cart at me. But, be aware, is is a chance for me to grow and become more tolerant of your lack of empathy and self absorption. For that, I thank you!
