Harriet Tubman school was closed from 2012 to 2018?
I-5 already has 3 lanes, but just not where every fucking highway in Portland merges.
There were schools that had to be closed because lead was in the water.
A person claiming to care about the environment has 3 kids and thinks we should live just like him.
If it’s going to be a waste a money, then let’s not do it. But how is keeping a bottleneck on a highway better for the environment?
