So I left my yard waste can out for pick up two weeks ago. I returned today to find at least 25 maybe 30 baggies of dogshit placed inside and outside of the visibly green container.
Who does this? They are all different looking so it’s not just one person. I thought when I moved here you people were kinder and more environmentally minded. Guess I was wrong...
