I think we can all agree that this was happening before the law passed. This just means less bike enforcement stings (sorry folks in Ladd’s Addition”.
Maybe law enforcement will focus on those who are texting and tailgating while in their car?
People on bikes want to get from point A to B, not A to C where point B is being hit by a car.
Plus I think you are still not responsible if someone runs a yield sign and you hit them when you have the right of way.
So settle the fuck down.
