Just doing whatever it takes to make it through the day, one day at a time. All I REALLY want to do is sleep (like, for 6 months straight), but I am not sleeping well.

@Raven1213 I am truly sorry that you are super depressed. You are not alone. Truly.

This is a situation we have never had to face before. Life right now is extremely difficult and after this is over, life will be much different than it was before. There will be no going back. Everything will be different. Our society is absolutely unprepared in every possible way to deal with it.

It is really difficult for people to believe and understand this. It is frightening and confusing. Human beings do not know how to handle such catastrophic change. Distress levels are high and everyone manages distress differently.

The order to stay inside is not to oppress you. It is to save your life, the lives of others, and the lives of your children. It is to stop the spread of an extremely aggressive virus for which we have no treatment and no cure.

Are you able to reach out and connect with another person - family member, friend, colleague, classmate, doctor, mentor, neighbor, teacher, even a stranger and talk to someone? Talking to someone about everything you are feeling, especially your anger and depression about what is happening right now is the one thing that will help you the most. Studying to be a social worker has (hopefully) provided insight on how to help yourself.

Take care of yourself and your children.
Stay home, stay safe, and stay healthy.

@4 I hear you, I truly do. I do not know how to alleviate your suffering. I have no idea what I can say that will make you feel better. I don't believe listing all of the personal suffering I have experienced in my life or any of the personal suffering that has been experienced by all of the people I know and all of the people I know who are suffering will be helpful. I do mean it when I say you are not alone.

There are over 350 million people in this country and most of them are going through extreme trauma due to this crisis. It is going to be much worse for anyone who has experienced abuse, neglect, chaos, poverty, illness, disability, discrimination, homelessness, emotional, physical, sexual violence, loss, war, acts of terrorism, etc. Most of the people in this country have never been through anything like this and have no skills to handle it. I would say every person in this country, really, except maybe those that have been in war.

It is also terrifying and terrorizing nurses, doctors, health care workers, EMTs, and all who deal with the sick and the dying and the dead. What they are witnessing and having to deal with as they work to help the sick and dying is horrific and they are dying because of it.

My best advice (and I telling myself every day, not just saying it to you) is to focus on what you can control and stop railing against what you cannot control. You can only control yourself. You cannot control what is being done by others. You can only control what happens in your own home, how you spend your time, what you focus on to make your situation the best it can be in the current moment, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day. Only you know what that looks like and means for you. Only you can construct a daily reality with specific that makes you feel empowered. And find people in your immediate community to whom you can reach out and talk to, really talk to, every day.

This will end. No one knows when or how or what we will face when it is over, but it will end. Whether we like it or not, we are all in this together.

We have a factory in Shandong that's getting ready to go on a new N95 (model: TC-84-8109) production run (the last one lasted 2 weeks).
They have FDA Registration, Listing, CE Certification, and NIOSH certification. There's about 10-20k capacity limitations on this.
I understand the market having its gaping holes with risks right now, but we can lock this in with a 100% money-back guarantee.
There's a narrow window to get on this production run.
No, we cannot accept a Letter of Credit. Although I appreciate that we'd be a new supplier for you, we're just trying to do our part to bridge this gap between reliable factories and the organizations that absolutely need this.
Pls, help cascade this information: youwei2019@gmail.com

WE HAVE NOW IDENTIFIED 3 to 4 LEGITIMATE FACTORIES WHO CAN MAKE  MASKS ( that’s what need) and are in process of checking and ordering. And , we got a LOT of leads from genuine people. THANK YOU.
And, unfortunately, I also received a lot of scams and price gougers. It’s very disappointing to do this ( scam and price gauging) to benefit from this tragedy and suffering. Please consider.

Not long ago, I found a very good website at https://us.9020.com/item/disposable-nitrile-gloves-rubber-anti-corrosion-szd19258iv with high-quality gloves and low prices. If necessary, please purchase as soon as possible.

Big Enter anti-stress ultra-large Enter key indestructible USB pillow function: The Big Enter key was developed by a Japanese worker Eisaku Haba who works at Hi-Japan Co., Ltd. I accidentally hit the Enter key on the computer and damaged the keyboard. That's when he thought of making an unbreakable Enter key and a button 6 times larger than the real key. Known as "big input", it is easy to use. All you need to do is plug the USB cable into the PC and it will be recognized as the & quot; ENTER & quot; key. The button itself is made of soft sponge material, so when you feel tired, you can even use it as Take a pillow and take a nap on it! When you feel stressed, you can do your best to smash it without worrying about damaging the keyboard!
