Yes, I usually go into the street to avoid the dog poop on the sidewalk that you didn’t pick up even though you were carrying a poop bag in your pocket.
How about as a basic rule: whoever is on the right side (like we do while driving)?
Clarification: just keep to the right
The person facing Traffic should use the road -- IF there's no bus/traffic coming. If there is, you can both pause till it passes.
