I used to love this one puzzle with this jungle and all these exotic animals as a kid. Would do it numerous times.
But yeah, I think puzzles can be a brain exerciser but just because you're on a jog doesn't mean you're going to be healthier. Might help but you also have to stop eating bad food too, etc

Well, you clearly don't have a grasp on correct grammar (while you call someone else an idiot), so perhaps you are correct. You're going to have to do more reading, I guess. Puzzles are useful for other reasons.

Solving puzzles helps reinforce existing connections between our brain cells. It also increases the generation of new relationships. This, in turn, improves mental speed and thought processes. Jigsaw puzzles are especially good for improving short-term memory.
