IF this is real (I suspect it's not) then I'd say you're lucky to have a job at all. Let me get this straight: you've been working there 3 or 4 years and you still don't know how to clock in and out without "help"? And while you were standing there as the boss asks someone in the third person if you have something to do, why didn't it occur to you THAT YOU SHOULDN'T BE STANDING THERE, YOU SHOULD BE DOING SOMETHING? I don't know who this hand holder is who clocks you in and helps keep you off the boss's radar but I wouldn't say anything about a few payroll minutes here and there. You're obviously being kept around for sympathy's sake and you shouldn't push it.
