They're everywhere. They are bored and have no other outlet. We have ours here (not our neighbors, but the guys who drive through town in their very loud, very noisy shitty cars and ginormous trucks EVERY SINGLE DAY making sure everyone knows they are there because if they didn't do that, well they wouldn't exist, would they.

Depending on if we survive this pandemic, the noise of the world will return and they will become obsolete (or at least irrelevant) again.
