Just a thought, but as a community minded individual what's preventing you from grabbing a trash bag, some gloves, and making a difference? Or do you just complain about other people?
It’s pretty easy to look for a scapegoat and shout angry words. It’s less easy to get a broom and clean up an area with the knowledge that the results will only last a day or two. What might be more effective and serve your short-sighted interests in a more long-term way is to actually attempt to help those suffering from homelessness and addiction. While there is no perfect solution, advocating for harm reduction and increased availability of housing come to mind as good starting places. I get it though, angrily pointing fingers is just so much easier.
