I love how people assume they know everything about complete strangers. I also love how people truly believe they will never age or could never become disabled. No matter how annoying that guy is, your lack of empathy, judgemental disgust and basic nasty tone in your post say a hell of a lot more about you than he.

I’m a TriMet driver and I think whiney might be on to something. Minus the “keep ‘em coming” part. There is nothing interesting about our job, just write it in a diary FFS.
