American society needs to find a better balance between allowing cops to protect themselves, and cops being held accountable for failing in their most basic job description "to serve and PROTECT"

When a cop harms a citizen that cop has failed. Period. Other cops should not be involved in any investigation into the possible criminal action of any cop. How do we want our police to be policed? This is the discussion we need to have.
