Why you beat'n down on the mayor? Didn't you ou see the rant about lightening up on him? The where the abilty to reply is conspicuously Not There!? Cool how the Merc did that, huh!

By way of response to the complaint about beating up on our mayor was this, which the Merc choose not to publish:

No. We can't stop bitching about the mayor. Because it is our duty. Nor will we. Because it is our right.

This is our city. Some of us were born here. And when we see self indulgence and ineptitude masquerading as legitimate governance we are duty bound to shout about it as loudly and as frequently as is humanly possible.

Did you sleep through the previous 4 years? Or are you just disappointed in the outcome of last November and January 6?
