Cannabis is illegal federally. Disabled advocates have request under the ADA and Fair Housing Act that exceptions be made and those requests have been denied.

This country needs to get its shit together and decriminalize it and legalize it nationwide.

It sucks. I once gave a lift to a homeless person IN A WHEELCHAIR who'd been in a residential facility and was kicked out for using cannabis.

As if homelessness wasn't dangerous but smoking a joint was.
