The date was chosen as a remembrance of the liberation of Auschwitz:

It's a day the goyim remember what they did to others. Remembering the liberation of the walking dead rather than remembering how Jewish refugees were denied entry into so many countries, including America, that left those communities ripe for extermination by Aryan Supremist' is what should be remembered.

Too many of our countrymen don't remember that or care as we repeat history. Is there a difference between at risk Jews in the 1930's and at risk humans in central America pleading for sanctuary at our southern border? There certainly isn't a difference in America's answer to suffering humanity. We have learned nothing from history.

To paraphrase Tucker Carlson: They're not American's so who cares?
