You can also try hosting a pod cast or becoming a media personality, then you could peddle your influence into in-kind earn media donations for the District Attorney and other law enforcements as needed.

If that doesn't work, try joining one of the extremists political klans in Portland who are willing to threaten and use violence and vandalism to circumvent the demcractic process and terrorized the government into reasonable action.
