I've lived in the tri-co area for a bunch and kept all orifices wide open to the social/cultural/polit waftings floating around the metro landscape. How izzit only now I find out that Washco is a veritable Eden of sweet-smelling blossoms, with zero sin and crime — and that Portland/Gomorrah is the world's principal source of crime, drugs, traffic, and poverty? If I were running for office in the westburbs, I'd push to build a wall to keep Washco pure and safe from the baddies and nasties of Rip City. Keep right, Beaverton, Tualatin, Tigard, et al. — steer clear of the P-land infection. You can't improve on perfection.
