I've been doing my taxes by hand and mailing it in for over 20 years. No problems with it. My taxes are simple, and I keep them that way.
So I mail my refund or tax to pay paperwork, all ot it, every year.
Never once did I get a return to sender. My lasts years envelope was thick too but it never got returned. This year it did. Oh well.
I just went to go pay the extra postage. No biggie, except a little inconvenient to go out of my way to just pay an extra 20 cents. Whatever.
So the post office clerk, after I already pay the extra postage, and mind you, I'm a little irritated already with this inconvenience, wait, and line. She looks at envelope and says, "oh, this already went through, they might not take it.." I say, "how is that my problem. What do you want me to do.?" She says you didn't pay enough. I say, I've been doing this for years. She says, well you finally been caught. I only think to say later, how am i caught when I dont even know what I'm doing.
My point is there are just some employees that will do everything to make customers lives difficult, trying to continually shove some arbitrary rules up my ass.
