This is mostly true. But people, organizations, and institutes are also FREE to exclude you from things if you failed to meet basic public health and hygiene standards. For instance, it is reasonable for a theater to require COVID vaccinations, and you have the right to assert your privacy or your right to refuse a vaccine and not participate in that theaters events.
On the other side, you bodily autonomy is only as safe as your political surroundings, at any point it's possible for your neighbors, your co-workers, your family members, or others, to simply report your behavior as "erratic" or upsetting, so they can have an excuse to override your bodily autonomy and make health decisions on your behalf without your consent... but what's the likelihood of that happening really?... I mean who would ever call women or others erratic or dangerous...?
For example, say you want to get an abortion but your romantic partner or father or neighbor disagrees, they can work with the authorities (who are sympathetic to his goals) call you erratic or your behavior dangerous and have your ability to make your own health decisions removed until after the child is born. Don't think this is possible? think again.
Forced birthers love to compare the two and yet one involves the dehumanization and sexual abuse of girls and women and the other the other is a public health matter.
These things are not the same. One is forcing a girl or woman to gestate a fetus to full term and give birth to a child (even if that girl is 12 years old and the baby daddy is her daddy). This in a society where there are no laws dictating that men get forcibly sterilized (there would be no unwanted pregnancies and no need for abortion and men are responsible for ALL pregnancies).
And forced birtherism in a country that does nothing to care for the actual, living, breathing babies and children (or their parents) once they are born - allowing them to be abused, neglected, go hungry, be homeless, go without health care, not be properly educated, be underpaid, be poisoned (air/water/land) and exploited by industrial and corporate interests, etc. - is pure sadism. There is no reason to do this other than to harm girls and women and punish them for having the audacity to choose to enjoy sex without procreation and not being forced to exist solely as incubators for male sperm.
There is no right to spread to disease. It was determined when smallpox was spreading through the United States that one could not refuse to be vaccinated. Giving HIV to another human being is a criminal offense. The only reason COVID became a matter of "my body my choice" is because the white supremacist in the White House at the time learned that the people who would be most affected by the spread of the virus would be non-white people. They have the most dead (percentage wise). The unvaxxed MAGAts that are still dying today, well they're just acceptable losses in the fight to murder non-white people by any and all means necessary. The fact that so many people in this country believe they have a right to not get vaccinated against disease (when they have had to get vaccinated against disease from birth and to go to school and to be a member of the military - always) is proof positive that the collective stupidity of the population in this country has reached a base level previously believed to be unattainable. Most sentient beings choose survival over illness and death.
Because men cannot truly understand being pregnant, giving childbirth and nursing an infant, the male members of our Supreme Court should 'defer' to the women members, who would rule 3 to 1 against overturning Roe, very near public opinion overall on the issue. Men can just STFU about it.
