There is an international refugee crisis. Portland must fulfill it's obligation to host thousands of displaced Jihadis and give Orygun back to La Raza.
2
Says someone that clearly hates Portland. Lots of credibility there thanks! IA, Consider yourself on the list.
3
Pretty sure my paying taxes for the entirety of my adult life in Portland and since the tender age of 15 (when I started working, not when I moved here) in Oregon say otherwise. But say whatever you must to get ride all of that pent of rage from your years of living in another state. Hope this helps!

Look, Agnes, another New Reedie has arrived from Vermont and finished his first week of Professor Snerd's Intro to Cultural Imperialism. Whaddaya say we invite him to Salt and Straw to show we aren't like those other meanies?
5
MAKE PORTLAND GREAT AGAIN
6
You might (might) have some credibility if you said "You've already pushed out all of the Native American people", but as it is, no credibility.
7
Is it really an I, Anonymous if we all know who wrote it?
8
Portland sucks.
9
Learn how to write and clean up your mouth, IA. You are ruining the stereotype that all recent transplants are well-educated, good looking, high earning people who are driving rents through the roof! GAWD!
10
lol didn't get the traction you wanted on reddit?
11
For all that claim "transplants" are driving the rent's up. What the fuck did you think was going to happen when you moved here 10 years ago?! Did you really think this city was not going to boom like the others along the West Coast. People do save money (myself) and move to places they can afford. You had plenty of opportunities to save and buy a home instead of rent. NO FUCKING RENT CONTROL should have been a clue. Try saving up for an average 1 million dollar (something that goes for 250k here). Go fuck yourself Barista with a creative writing degree.
12
^ actually, no. The market here has had retarded wages for some time. So if you grew up here you weren't earning what other micro-economies would pay, but that was OK because portland was affordable. Now it's not, like, overnight.
14
My wife and I moved here couple three years ago. We're retired. Our income per month is $13 to much for food stamps. Soooo we could still be back in Bumfuck, Wherever, USA collecting our checks, or here in a very pretty state (for the most part) and the greatest year round weather than any place we've lived. Screw the lifers here if they don't like us coming in. If the rent goes up that sucks, but we'll find another place. We're not afraid of the boogey man any more!
15
Portland is the best! Thought Crimes will get you a cool half million!
17
Why is it so hard to understand. You could not cut it in your home place nor make any friends there so why do you think Portland is going to be any different. Your still a motherfucking shiteating (probably a pedophile) asshole. I'm getting fucked regularly, thank you, because I am awesome in bed. Unlike you. See ya!
18
Aw. The friends argument. In 5 years nobody's going to know where I'm from.... plus why would I be friends with someone who judges me based off where I moved from...
19
WTF BTI?? Did you misclick and accidentally paste an entire wiki page? Please compensate me for the time it took me to figure out that your comment has no metaphor, reason or relavence to the topic. Because, by moving to Honolulu, it seems that you have traded icy weather for icy drugs.
20
JTR = Stupid dick making the same comments on every transplant post (that he's probably writing).
21
BTI, if you live in Hawaii, why do you spend so much time commenting on this website? Can't you find anything better to do IN HAWAII?

Please wait...

and remember to be decent to everyone
all of the time.
