Where in the Constitution does it grant authority to create agencies with the power to enact and enforce law with arms? Just because you don't like somebody, doesn't make them wrong, or deserving to be robbed, murdered or even discriminated against. Only Congress can enact legislation, and it's up to the President to enforce that law, even if those laws are in opposition to his own favored politics.

Congress cannot legislate away it's legislative responsibility. When a rouge agency asserts itself as a legal jurisdiction unto itself, you have the moral equivalent of ISIS.

Laugh it up - you could be next.

A rouge agency is the BLM. Only Congress is authorized to enact legislation. The BLM is not empowered to write regulations and enforce them with armed agents, as if laws. Even the IRS wasn't instituted with a proper quorum by Congress. They've been buying a shitload of arms and ammunition lately, too. Even the USPS has been buying ammunition.

Veterans used to get preference points to get hired at the Post Office, but recently they sued for discrimination. Greencard holders get the job there, now. These immigrants are being given automatic weapons, while soldiers at Ft Hood are disarmed.

So Dred, the environment and endangered species mean nothing to you? And you're the one screaming about legal weed on here. I voted against it because I would rather take my chances with a Portland cop than with the IRS! Making it legal created the need for the IRS to have guns to raid businesses that probably have guns for protection. You didn't think that one out very far, did you?

The end doesn't justify the means. Let Congress pass laws to protect the environment if need be. You don't just let unelected civil servants call the shots.

There is no such thing as Marijuana; that's a misnomer. Since there is no such thing as Marijuana, any enforcement against Cannabis is illegal. Cannabis in non toxic. There is absolutely no need for it to be either illegal, taxed, nor regulated. The IRS must be either created by a proper quorum of Congress, or eliminated. Voting out of fear of retaliation of a rouge agency is to succumb to coercion. It is the responsibility of every citizen to enforce the Bill of Rights, in order to remain a free nation.

Dred, An Act of Congress is a fucking law, deal with it. (Pre law students shall not make a comment) So now taxes are bullshit and it's every man for himself? I am dying to know how you feed clothe and shelter yourself. Unless you're really some trust fund kid with bags on his feet. Those rouge agencies make me so mad I see red. I look around the world and end up being green with envy when I think about governments who are able to operate fully above board. But not here, no, our public servants are cowardly - even yellow - at the thought of operating with clear oversight. They try to paint a picture that we need to consider the nuanced shades of gray, but to me this issue is black and white.
