please remember that butchers have large, sharp knives and that a significant number of people bagging groceries are paroled convicts. passive aggressive behavior is fun until someone gets hurt. then it's hysterical.

What's frustrating is that this person thinks everyone in customer services have to bend to their will. Come to my place of work and you surely won't be getting your way.

You know, you'll almost invariably get better service being nice to people. Even when it's fake and sorta painful to be nice, it kinda...works.

I have very, very rich friends and very very poor friends. A little human kindness gets us all better service across the board. The rich people can buy better service, but you save money being kind. The poor people, well, we know the struggle.
