So work created a PUBLIC document for staff to submit questions (with their names attached) about building an inclusive work environment.

As an outspoken minority at the company who has witnessed incidents of racism, sexism and homophobia at the office I asked, "What should I do when someone finds out I'm gay and asked to go shopping?", BECAUSE THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE AT WORK and I assumed I wasn't the only person to experience something like that but might be the only one who would come forward and publicly state it.

I was then alerted to complaints being filed against me for making a homophobic statement.

I understand nothing about life anymore.
