Big trucks, fast cars, and speeding are displays of raw power. We are still primates after all. Display behavior is a way of attracting female primates. That worked like a champ 200,000 years ago. But needless to say most women have evolved beyond that now. I say most because in my time on Earth I've seen two men fight over a woman who does not necessarily disapprove. We're all primates caught in a continuum of very slow evolutionary change. Have some love and tolerance for your fellow travellers.
