I believe technically, the law in western Oregon is that you can express (1) pleasure at the sun or (2) yearning for the sun until July 4, without risk of institutionalization.
Spent enough time in OR to know that sometimes the sun is a fraud. I have waited for the sun way past May, into April...into June...and often deeply depressed as a result of a very long, damp winter. And the sun that sometimes did appear, was NOT warm...if I want to hallucinate, I'll take some shroooms...so yes, poster, put on some sunscreen and take a xanax. :)
