It's quite a thing to see ICE proudly patting themselves on the back for 'rescuing' supposed child trafficking victims at a California weed farm today. (So proud in fact that they continued to wear masks as they posed with these minors for a photo op). As if also snatching up the family members of US combat veterans who also work at this farm, and shipping them off to an undisclosed location without providing their family with any information or bothering to make sure they have access to their medication for diabetes was something that is completely irrelevant. It's also sad to see they way the term 'human trafficking' has been / and is going to continue being ushered into a more exploitative tool in it's own right. MAGA is of course cheering this on in the comments section of this story, which is only the first one I have queued up to read on this subject for today. And that's just today.
