Went to the Mercury 25th Anniversary Party looking for a good time after I donated $25 to their cause 8 months ago. When Karma Rivera came on, I was ecstatic…unlike the rest of the wyte corporate Christmas party participants behind me. This danceless class really typified Portland and caught the ire of Ms. Rivera. And honestly it didn’t get any better as the night went on. There’s nothing like 4 lesbians in the front row driving the dance to make you realize how deficient this scene is. Wtf portland?!
