Not necessarily, Ed. ICE has targeted, and not even that, victims. The whole process of Trump's deportation plan (as opposed to Biden's or Obama's or Bush's, who established ICE in 2002) is a drag net meant to increase his own power. So actual humans aren't really considered, or their family or community connections.
Would the white republicans please explain why the white hiring manager never gets arrested? ICE raids the Tyson chicken plant and pulls out all the brown people, but not the white people who hired them. Why?
