Every presidency was a failed presidency and you focus on the one Black man who was president. LOL. This country started with slaughter and slavery. White supremacy - all of its policies and all of its violence and all of its enforcers - are what is wrong with this country and exactly why we are experiencing what we are experiencing now.

Trump made every single poor AF idiot in this country believe that if they voted for hate, they would be restored to the country of yore - where they were given everything for doing nothing but existing while slaves and everyone else they used for labor got as little to possible (like nothing). It's so fucking absurd that white people refuse to wake the fuck up and realize that the only thing anyone in power in this country cares about is money. If you don't have any money, you don't count. Doesn't matter how white your stupid ass is.

This country was built ENTIRELY by Black people and immigrants. White people do not know how to run a country successfully. Empty this country of everyone who isn't white and it will die in mere years (three at most). Can't live without food. Can't live without health care. Can't live without clean air, water, or land. Can't live, period.

And no matter how much money the wealthy hoard, they can't live without any of those things either and if there are no people to do the work so they can hoard their money there is no money. And despite their inane refusal of reality - they can't live without clean air, water, or land either.

Just wait for all of the people who will die of vile diseases after they build their golden kingdom on top of all of the dead bodies and rubble in GAZA. Oh, but by all means, continue to complain about how President Obama was the one who ruined everything. Whatever gets you through, until you're dead. Which will most definitely be sooner rather than later. And those hoarding the money and power will dance on your dead face.

CR - Obama wasn't the only "one who ruined everything." But he continued the same policies of every other president in the last 30 years that contributed to the ruination. This IA is important because a lot of people think Obama was different -- a good person, someone who looked out for the good of the American people, blah, blah, blah. In fact, the only good thing he did was to give good speeches. He was a war criminal, as bad as the Bushes. The destruction of Libya by him and that piece of shit Clinton was inexcusable. And he couldn't be bothered to give back the Nobel Piss Prize that was given to him before he upped the war in Afghanistan.

I think GB was arguably the worst president is my lifetime. When Obama won, George couldn't get out of town fast enough. The right shifted the attack immediately like that past 8 years didn't happen. Acting like it all went to hell the day Obama was sworn in. Politics, that's what the minority party does.

The difference this time around? Obama was not white. Being "not white" in America is risky business. It took most of 8 years to turn the country around. But we did because Obama was a leader. The right kind of leader. Not perfect, but the kind of guy you could be proud to call President.

When I think of the pig currently occupying the Whitehouse, I wonder if America is done or can we rise from these ashes? I honestly don't know.

Yes that is why the first thing I wrote is: Every presidency was a failed presidency (that, by default, includes the Obama presidency). The death of the United States must be blamed on all presidents, with the final nails in the coffin being nailed in by Trump and all of his completely bat shit insane we're going to burn the world down because we hate everyone white supremacists. Carter and Obama were probably the only presidents who believed in the never real to begin with promise of this country being something it never was going to be. At least Jimmy spent his entire life after his presidency trying to atone for the evil he knew he had participated in as POTUS. Obama's lifelong legacy will not be known until he has died. At the very least he and his wife were decent people who tried. The fact that this country has a lifelong criminal, convicted felon, pedophile, racist, rapist, terrorist, and traitor currently squatting in the White House while bilking the world for BILLIONS of dollars is the death knell. It's over. Stick a fork in this country, it's done.
