I recommend being the person in charge of appropriate internet use at work -- this works well for me. Unless you plan on actually spying on what your employees/co-workers are viewing. I assume I would learn some things I would rather not.
@Graham, indulging in a bit of light-hearted Mercury frivolity between tasks increases my performance. You have to feed a Fruit Cup with local politics. memes and bicycle stories every now and again or they wilt.
@Fruit Cup -- ah ha, but I'm not the net nanny! I'm just the one in charge of the net! I don't actually look at any logs or anything, but I know that no one else is either. Of course, we can see each other's computer screens, so there is an embarrassment factor.
However, I'm really back on this thread to register my sadness that the interview wasn't longer. I had been saving it for a treat!
