I actually was surprised that she toned down the songs from Rebel Heart. She even skipped the second single Ghosttown, or any song that could be a 4th single. Compare this to say, Drowned World, where she played only 3 songs released before 1994.

The list of songs you say she didn't play is incorrect. How could you miss her performance of Like A Virgin on this tour? It was the centerpiece of the show with just her dancing on stage! Did you fall asleep or go to the bathroom during that or what?
I wasn't at the Portland show, but the show I saw in DC, she also did Who's That Girl on acoustic guitar. At some of the shows (not all) she did also do Frozen. I just looked it up and apparently she didn't do those in Portland but did Secret there, but she has done them at other shows.

It's a misconception she only does newer songs. Most of her shows feature a good number of old songs. As the other poster said, the Drowned World was really the only concert where she didn't do much older stuff. But the reason for that was because she had two albums of newer materials Ray of Light and Music to cover since she hadn't toured in a while due to filming Evita and having a child.
