Before Seth Aaron Henderson became a Project Runway pseudo celeb, you might have found him lending a hand in the styling department at Iridio. In fact, the only time I remember seeing his work in a runway show prior to to his televised debut was at a huge private party thrown in celebration of Iridio's new quarters. So it's sweet to see him lending his name to Jammin' for Jerry, a huge benefit being thrown for Jerry Short, Iridio's set shop head, who has been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor and given 12-18 months to live. They're raising money in order to facilitate Short's wife's ability to leave work and spend time with her husband and defray the costs of medical care with a blow-out at Refuge PDX, with a silent auction, live music, a photo booth, a no host bar, and a huge spread of BBQ. Seth Aaron will be emceeing the whole shebang, and you can join him. It's going down Saturday July 9 beginning at 5 pm and going late (21+) with a $5 suggested donation before 9 and a $10 cover afterward.
